Highlights
This project required extensive site work, excavation of
rock to 14’ below grade and the export of over
1800 loads, and construction of 1/3 of the building on
compacted fill. An aggressive construction schedule was
completed in 7 1/2 months including all site work and
building construction.
The building houses a retail showroom of approximately
3,000 sq. ft.
