Highlights
This building was constructed for warehousing and distribution
of feed and feed products. This stand alone building
was added to the property of the existing business. The
70’-0” wide clear span structure has a 20’-0” eave
height and an interior ceiling height of 29’-0”.
The interior space is dedicated primarily to warehousing
with the exception of a single office and an employee lunch
room with lavatory facilities. The building has covered
loading docks and a large covered exterior display space.
